Student’s Personal Deposit

(Min. balance)

Note: Every parent has to maintain the minimum balance in the Student’s Personal Deposit Account to meet the needs of the child. The balance in the Personal Deposit Account is refundable at the time of leaving the school.

1. Fee should be deposited quarterly in the months of April,July, October and January.

2. Fee should be deposited preferably by cheque.

3. Fee must be deposited by the 10th of the relevant month of the quarter.

4. A late fine of Rs.15/- per day will be charged with effect from the 11th to the last working day of the relevant month of the quarter.

5. If the fee is not paid by the last working day of the relevant month of the quarter the name of the student will be struck off the school rolls.

6. Except the caution money, no amount is refundable at the time of withdrawal even if the child has not attended the school for a single day.

7. Mess Charges will be charged seperately from the "Students studying in the School with mess facilities".

8. Boarding and Lodging will be charged seperately from the Boarding students.

1.(i)The School Dues, Hostel Dues and all other charges have to be paid by the 1st of April 2008 / at the time of admission for the complete session.

(ii) A late fee fine of Rs. 200/- per day(For Indian Students) and $5 per day(For NRI and Foreign Students) will be charged w.e.f. 2nd April 2008 / after the day of admission.

2)(i) The school fee and hostel charges can also be paid quarterly in the months of April, July, October and January by the 10th of the relevant month. The Parents/Guardians who make the payment quarterly have to pay Rs. 1500/- (For Indian Students) and $50(For NRI and Foreign Students) extra for each quarter.

(ii) A late fine of Rs. 50/- per day (For Indian Students) and $2 per day(For NRI and Foreign Students) per day will be charged with effect from 11th to the last working day of the relevant month of the quarter.

(iii) If the fee is not paid by the last working day of the relevant month of the quarter, the name of the student will be struck off the school rolls.

3) Fee should be deposited preferably by Cheque / Draft.

Payment of Fee (Day Scholars / Day Scholars (with Mess Facility )/Boarders

i. The Cheque / Draft for the School Dues has to be made in the name of Ganga International School.

ii. The Cheque / Draft for the Mess Admn. /Mess Charges /Hostel Dues has to be made in the name of Pawan Ganga Educational Society.

iii. No amount ,except Security and credit balance in the Personal Deposit Account, is refundable under any circumstances.

iv. No financial transaction should be done through any employee of the school . All financial transactions should be made through the account's office . You are requested to take the receipt immedietely when the payment is made .

NOTE:

1.The fee should be paid in the school office on all working days from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm by Cash/Cheque/Draft.

2.Tuition fee and other charges the whole year can also be paid in the month of April.

3.Please mention the Admission Number of the student in all communications to the school office.
