MAINTENANCE OF PERSONAL ACCOUNT(BOARDERS)

  1. Parents must ensure that adequate minimum balance remains deposited in the Personal Account of their ward to provide for his/her needs. It is mandatory to maintain a minimum balance of not less than Rs. 3500/- (For Indian Students) and $100(For NRI and Foreign Students) at all times in the account.
  2. Procedure for Operation of Personal Account:
    1. The student will give the requisition slip detailing the items to be issued to the Warden Incharge.
    2. The Warden I/C will refer the requisition slip to the Personal Account Counter for indicating the balance existing to the credit of the student.
    3. P.A. Counter I/C will indicate the balance on the requisition slip immediately and send it back to the Warden.
    4. The Warden I/C will thereafter sign the requisition slip and return it to the student.
    5. The student will take the requisition slip to the School Tuck Shop/Canteen and the items required(not beyond the balance indicated by the P.A. Counter I/C in any case) will be issued to the student.
    6. In case the Tuck Shop/Canteen issues items beyond the credit balance indicated by the P.A. Counter I/C, the school will not be responsible.
    7. The Tuck Shop/Canteen I/C will forward the bills along with the requisition slips latest by the next day to the P.A. Counter I/C.
    8. P.A. Counter I/C will immediately make necessary entries in the Student's Personal Account which shall be kept updated at all times. The charges for for maintaining the personal A/C will be Rs. 20/- (For Indian Students) and $1(For NRI and Foreign Students) per month.
  3. The Pass Book will be retained by the students and it will be his/her responsibility to have it updated from the P.A. Counter I/C every fortnight.
  4. In case of loss of the Pass Book, the fact should be immediately reported to the P.A. Counter I/C through the respective Warden. On request by the students, a duplicate Pas Book will be issued for which Rs. 50/- (For Indian Students) and $2(For NRI and Foreign Students) will be charged.
NOTE:
  1. The fee should be paid in the school office on all working days from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm by Cash/Cheque/Draft.
  2. Tuition fee and other charges for the whole year can also be paid in the month of April.
  3. Please mention the Admission Number of the students in all communications to the school office.
