4. Application for withdrawal in the month of April should be submitted before the 7th of April, otherwise fee for one month i.e. for May will also be charged.
5. Students discontinuing in the middle of the term shall pay fees for the entire academic year.
6. A student can be expelled by the school authorities on any one of the following grounds:-
(i) Irregularity in attendance.
(ii) Behavioural problems.
(iii) Non payment of Fees/School dues.
(iv) Non submission of Transfer Certificate/Birth Certificate.
(V) Moral breach, as seen by school authorities.
7. Nothing except the caution money is refundable at the time of withdrawal, even if the child has not attended the school for a single day.
RE-ADMISSION
If the name of a student is struck off due to non- payment of dues or on account of his / her absence without leave for seven consecutive days, his / her re-admission entirely depends on the discretion of the Principal and availability of seat. If re-admission is allowed, the child will have to pay re-admission fee and the arrears due.
WITHDRAWAL
1. A prior one month's notice or school fee in lieu thereof, is to be given when a student is to be withdrawn.
2. In case of withdrawal, transfer certificate and security deposit will be released on clearance of the school dues.
3. Security will be refunded ONLY if the application is made at the time of withdrawal of the student.
AGE
A child should be four years as on the 30th of September of the year, in which the child is admitted to LKG. The age criterion for classes higher than LKG follows the same pattern.
ADMISSION
The school admits students in Classes LKG to XII. Admission takes place in the month of September / March / April every year. All students seeking admission in various classes are required to get their names registered for admission in the first week of September of the preceding year. Admissions are done on the basis of an interview and entrance examination. The merit of the student is the sole criterion of selection.
The new session starts from the first week of April and ends on the 31st of March.
